Raffle Team Responsibilities

Raffle Team

This team’s primary responsibility is to help make gear available and keep high dollar items in the corporation.  This team accomplishes this goal by one of two methods running raffles (selling tickets at a given rate based on the item’s value this allows us to split the cost across the Corp and help the newer members get gear that they may not normally have access to or ships for that matter) or direct sale of a item. Whatever the given situation needs.  It’s also this team’s responsibility to help generate revenue for the Corp. All raffles/sales that move through this team 10% of the revenue from the raffle/sale goes back to the Corp.  


Structure:

Structure of this team is going to be broken down like this one primary Lead in charge of team, Two Super officers are the manager’s in charge they organize., and officers they are the heart of the team, the people of action the ones that handle sales.


Leads:

This leads primary responsibility is to communicate with the Two super officers that are the team leads to check and make sure these Tasks are being accomplished and offer any assistance that is required if any. It’s also this leads job to make sure that Items are found for raffles thing the Corp. most needs but at the same time this need to take into account what items and raffles work and don’t work. (It is the leads responsibility to make sure that the team has what it needs to continue operating, adequate membership to team, and appropriate participation in events from corporate members.) The lead in charge also picks the winning raffle ticket. It is also the lead of this team’s responsibility to work with the super officers to determine where the revenue of this team could best be utilized IE which players to help on the team and how to help them.


Super Officers:

Super officer’s responsibilities on this team included making sure everything is getting done, organizing officers, scheduling the Raffles/Sales and collecting the resources after it's been completed, and getting the item to the Buyer/Winner. It is also there job to give out the ticket number to the ticket buyers. (They are the only once with this knowledge other then the ticket buyer).  It is also the super officers responsibility to make sure the proceeds gets sent to their appropriate locations proceeds for this particular program 6% of the total 10% taken for the Corp goes directly to The Asgard corporation 4% go’s to the team’s revenue bank to be utilized as needed to help their appropriate team members.


Officers:

It is the officers responsibility to sell tickets for the raffles and collect the money for ticket sales and get it to its appropriate location, then notified the Super Officer’s so they can hand out the number to the purchaser.  It’s also the officers responsibility to handle marketing advertising what it is it that is up for raffle making sure the members know the tickets are available or that particular items are up for sale it’s your job to push the product.


Expectations:

This team’s primary responsibility is to provide services to the corporation for members that do not have time to try and sell their items inside the corporation first and alliances second, to help get gear to members that could not normally afford it by providing them the opportunity to win it, to create fun and interesting ideas and other ways to keep corporate and alliance members active in the game.  It’s very important to make sure that this team structures a lot of its capabilities around providing the types of gear that the corporation is currently in need of from low level raffles to help the recruits to hide all are items to help the more advanced players.


Proceeds:

10% commission on all Raffles/Sales (6% to Asgard 4% to Team) Paid on completion
